All they do on the forums is link you to stickies or tell you to submit a ticket - on the ticket they reply after 2 months with what they copied and pasted from the sticky into an email - complete joke service. Then you get the sad fan boys also copying and pasting generic crap so they can have a medal next to their name and feel better about their useless life

You CANNOT put Rockstar in the same class with EA Sports. THEY are the penultimate example of a BAD GAMING COMPANY.

EA have crappy servers but they actually tried to help me when I had issues
