As said i died once, yes maybe a little earlier than i would of hoped but so what. I was just curious as to how he took it im not butthurt at all

 

It doesn't matter if you died, the dude straight up owned your and your griefmobile.

Once your inpassive mode you should't be able to steal vehicles as it is.

Am i right to assume this wasn't a hack?

I guess i'll have to enter my tank in passive mode in the future to avoid this...

You're complaining that someone beat you to the griefing punch?
No i mean if he rpg me or use his own tank then i say, fair play. But this was foul play.

Setting vehicle access has no effect on tanks, airplanes ect.. only personal vehicle. LOL you got took by someone.. hahaha! Entering your tank in passive mode wont prevent this either.

Admit it, you were caught slipping, and got your tank stolen.

Are you guys sure you need to be out of passive mode to jack somebody's tank? Did they patch that? I know for a fact I've jacked a couple of tanks while in passive mode and then repeatedly killed the owner when he (like all these pussies do) respawned in passive.

I was in a session last night, totally typical, I just dropped in to sell a car, and as I got near LSC, I heard the tank explosions. Just like every other free-roam session recently.

 

Actually, I really like the sounds of the explosions echoing through the city -- it is exciting. Anyway, of course there was a twanker there, running up and down the block, blowing everything up.

 

He was actually not a hardcore griefer, since he was mostly having fun creating chaos with the cops and shooting down their helicopters, but being that he was in the heart of the city and near LSC, he also took out any white dots in the area. So, tank-cop chaos with a side order of griefing. Eventually his first tank blew up from all the cop car explosions.

 

Within 60 seconds, he was back again to the same location with another tank, causing chaos. If he just wanted to create cop chaos, he could do it anywhere, but no, he was right back into the crowd near LSC. By this time, some players, including me, were in passive, running around doing the usual game of tank tag, our original plans scuttled by the twanker.

 

Since this twanker was an amateur, he spent too much time sitting still, so one of the other players jacked his tank. Surprisingly, he did not immediately go passive, but the cops got him pretty quick.

 

The new player now had the tank and was doing some griefing. I stayed away and watched , and then did some gang attacks and listened, as explosions rang thoughout the city. Exciting. He tried to blow me up a few times, of course, but since I was in a gang attack he could not hurt me. Eventually that tank got destroyed, and sure enough the original twanker was right back again in 60 seconds with a new tank. It was getting boring by that time, so I left before I saw if he got jacked again.

Ahhh its giving me more laughs than its giving you, in the last 20 minutes i must of got about 35 kills to 2 deaths.
