ah. I think I understood the message.

check your internet speed. there's a big delay between your internet connection and the contents in the game. similar to when you have a slow internet and try to log into your Xbox Live, and the internet is slow. it tells you to check your internet connection if it take too long to log on (though its really rare)

 

 

in other words, maybe your internet connection is really slow to run the game perfectly so this has popped up. nothing happens to me though. maybe because I'm on PS3.

if it still do this, then sell your Xbox and all your hard-earned games and get yourself a PS3 copy

I get this when starting up on the satellite connection, it just means that you have a connection error ok it a couple of times and it will be ok

I've had loads of disconnects the last few days (as well as occasional freezes) on X-Box, internet connection fine at 13mbps down and 1mbps up, 34ms ping rock solid, never cuts out or changes. The loading in game also seems very laggy lately with cars randomly appearing/disappearing. I'd just guess it's the game/servers, it's definitely getting less stable for me with every patch.

Internet is a pretty girl, but unfortunately, she's 60% porn and full of bullsh*t, anyways, the xbox 360 ends up putting his hoo-hoo-dilly in the internet's cha-cha, and xbox LIVE is born... And then aborted.
