Lived in weazel before I switched to this apt. It totally kicks ass. Best property in the game so far. Maybe one of these updates will have a better one but only see that happening if there is an option for a helipad.

Can't wait :)

there's also an annoying freeze when you leave the garage; you'll be stuck in place for like 3 seconds before the game would allow you to move. Very annoying. If they solve that, I would rebuy the apartment in a heart beat.

Was that on an older update? Reason I'm asking is cause I don't have that problem anymore

I think the reason our cars doesn't spawn driving out of the garage because it's too long.Our cars mostly spawn straight and the garage interior is small so we get teleported out.Bikes and compacts go out through the garage door though.

I lived there from November 2013, until February 2014. It was nice, but I wanted an apartment with a view, so I moved to Weazel.

I used to since october. Since i was barely visiting my garage, there was no trouble with mayhem around. Even when there is mayhem around. My point is rumours about mayhem are overestimated. It's not quite place, but not a total disaster.

The trouble is: it's far away from helipad and pain in the ass to get away from the town quickly. Access roads are also tricky: lots of bumps and jumps.

 

Most definitely will trade on apt you mentioned, OP. Thank you!

Loved it but went back to alta due to it constantly freezing me or my friends when entering/exiting. It's funny how I never see someone in this apartment apart from a friend of mine.

I just left RiChards Majestic for Integrity way yesterday. And I must say Integrity way is way less calm and at Richards my vehicle would always hit the door. But one thing about Ricard's I do like every time I come out my apt there's a baller or a felon or so type I can sell to LSC for 8000+. But I'm happy with Integrity Way.

Check out the rarest (least visited aka rare spot) in the game and I'm going to tell you why below :D

You can land a plane for easy access on the main road as you can see (used as a runway)

The garage area in the back can also be used to land a copper in a private remote area (away from gunners)

This area rarely has any shoot-outs making it the safest place in GTA V (99.9% safe)

 

PS: Don't forget under the bridge is a secret access tunnel to go anywhere else undercover ;)

That's the reason why I live there, BECAUSE I took kind of a poll among my friends and players to figure out what apts most people DON'T go for and picked it for that exact reason

 

Most people go for the 400K apartment, Weasel Plaza and Alma St. pretty much everywhere else is practically not used.

Majestic is better for getting SHOT while slowly driving out of the garage. :D

 

I agree with OP. I moved to Integrity Way a few weeks ago..

 

 

But do everyone a favor OP and NOT talk about. We don't need no stinking neighbors.

It's central location is perfect. Surprised it's not more popular.I'm glad it's not a war zone, I think it's great and near by everything i wantPeaceful. It's close to two LSCs, incase one's to busy. Clothes shop nearby, ammunation close plus mortual insurance is just down the road.

 

Add to that being next to the highway, the underground, and the fact that the area is made for BMXing and you're onto a winner.
