Integrity Way Apt Appreciation Thread

Check out the rarest (least visited aka rare spot) in the game and I'm going to tell you why below

You can land a plane for easy access on the main road as you can see (used as a runway)

The garage area in the back can also be used to land a copper in a private remote area (away from gunners)

This area rarely has any shoot-outs making it the safest place in GTA V (99.9% safe)

 

PS: Don't forget under the bridge is a secret access tunnel to go anywhere else undercover

So far we have one UP and one DOWN for the apt

My character stayed there briefly, I moved him away because I didn't like the proximity to the FIB and IAA buildings. That and I wasn't a fan of my car just spawning on the road after leaving the garage. Some may see this as a plus (no auto drive deaths) but it takes a little away from the role play aspect of a house for me.

I didn't mind that even though it would be cool to drive out and go to the road instead of spawning on the road I agree

I don't get it why if someone is not interested in a thread then why bother clicking and reading ., I don't read every thread created for that same reason

I love this apartment's location and the view from apartment 30, but every time I would drive in with more than me in the car I would always get stuck outside and my friend would teleport to his garage. I also never would get an exit animation...

 

Great apartment, but I just couldn't deal with it's bugs.

Hey! Don't let out that "secret"! No one ever goes there and when I have a bounty and am in the tunnels, white dots just hover above me on the streets, killing each other and making loud BOOMs... I wouldn't like to find rats in my lair...

When I picked this apartment, I did so because it was in a prime location. It's smack-dab in the middle of LS, it's close to many of the amenities you need such as the Mod Shop, Clothing, etc., and it's right off the interchange entrance. This made it much easier to take the highway up into Blaine County. The view is excellent with a view of the Vinewood sign, but it's a bit ruined by the construction going on across the highway. The garage has a totally inconspicuous entrance, and I enjoy confusing enemies when driving back there.

It's 237k for one and 245k for the other.

Lived in weazel before I switched to this apt. It totally kicks ass. Best property in the game so far. Maybe one of these updates will have a better one but only see that happening if there is an option for a helipad.
