What is considered a High-end apartment?

I recently got a message from Lester saying that I need a high-end apartment because he had some big jobs coming up, and also does it need a planning room? Does anyone know a cheap yet high-end apartment or if not what is the cheapest high-end apartment. Last thing, what are the big jobs that that he says are coming up and how much do you get paid for it? Thx

Del Perro completely slipped my mind sorry. both of them are relatively cheap, but it's up to the player's choice. I just bought 3 Atla St because it was in the middle of the city and close to places I go to often (LSC, Ammunation, etc)

High-end apartment is those apartments with 10 car garage. Mid-level apartments have 6 car garage, and Low-end apartments have 2 car garage. You must usually pay over 200.000$ to get an High-end apartment.

Pointless to purchase that apartment. All High-end apartments in GTAO are identical, only outside view and location is different. This apply to Mid-level and Low-end apartments as well.

Cause the 400k one is the best huh? U could discuss if Eclipse is the best...(some and i don't think so) but if you go for Eclipse get the 391k one - the view beats the 400k one in all points.
