I live in Weazel Plaza. Isn't that owned by Weazel news? don't you think there are probably some offices in the lower floors of the building? haven't you ever seen those old downtown stores that have their upper levels converted into apartments? who says you can't have an office in the same building as a residential apartment?

Weazel News has it's own office building, I'm sure they are just advertising the space. These are legit companies as they don't have other buildings in the game.

The Viceroy Hotels and Resorts.

 

 

Garage Entrance directly in front of the road. It is located right behind/next to the Puerto Del Sol Yacht Club. Good place though. Vespucci Helipad is hardly a minute away. If you go one the roof it has a good beach facing view.

The Callisto is one of my favorite locations in LS. I like to just go hang out there and would probably have bought an apartment there if it was available from the start.

I wasn't expecting much from this thread but have been pleasantly surprised, more garages out in the sticks would be cool. Ultimately I estimate no new apartments will be added, we'll just be able to buy a second of the already existing.

There's also the theory that some new apartments will pop up at the "STD Contractors" sites that can be found around the island. I haven't had a chance to check them out yet, but they're the ones circled in thick red on this map posted by slowburn29

yep the circled properties are ones listed as safe houses on the blue print map included with the pre release but not listed on the dynasty 8 site. I made a thread about them with pictures

 

I looked around some more tonight and didn't really find much, but integrity way for example is a condo in an office building, the tinkle mobile headquarters. so office buildings are not out of the question if there is new property

 

I noticed on the high end apartments we have now, the garage door rattles when you walk into it. So I spent my session walking into random garage doors and looking for high end buzzers. if they do add property they will probably add any garage mechanics (code wise) on friday with the creator or when the high life update becomes live. dont let that discourage anybody from looking though, love this thread

Yeah, and those apartments are always sh*t apartments...and "last generation" since nowadays nobody does it and nobody would ever do it with nice apartments...

dont deduct any apartments just because they have no buzzers, R* can easily add them in with the update. might as well go see if they added the apartment interiors too with that logic

Hopefully there is a part to the up date that is High(on meth) Life and we can get some places in Blaine County as there are a few out there I'd move to.

And some places that have buzzers aren't going to be homes just because they do have them. We won't know what is or isn't going to be until HL anyway so just look around and have fun with it. To the logic of looking for interiors, the building next door(west) to Del Perro Heights has an underground car park I could see today in a fit of render lag. I had to get off and didn't inspect further yet.

They should add some houses or apartments outside the city too. Maybe in Paleto Bay, Mirror Park or Cypress Flats. There's plenty of places that look like potential properties that can be owned. There's a few houses near Mirror Park that have for sale signs outside them. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard for Rockstar to model interiors for them. There should be like starter houses too that only cost like 20K and maybe they should be in a sh*tty area like Davis, Strawberry or El Burro.
