New Apartments: Location speculation

I have found several locations around Los Santos I believe to be suitable and possible locations for new player properties. My criteria for these locations was simply a nice looking building with suitable front doors and an accessible garage door similar to those we currently have.

 

My most probable locations;

 

Puerto Del Sol Yacht Club

This location has two main towers as well as a long, low apartment block. The club is just north of the 6 car Vespucci apartment and would be a welcome luxury addition to the marina area.

 

Garage exit of south tower.

Front door and garage of north tower, exits to Palomino Ave.

 

Celltowa

Located right next to the halfpipe in Little Seoul.

Front door on the corner of San Andreas Ave and Vespucci Blvd.

Garage exits onto Vespucci Blvd.

 

CNT Building

On the corner of Clinton Ave and Elgin Ave this building is just across the freeway from the casino. Just moments away from two Pegasus spawn points this location is sure to be a tanker favorite. The garage exits onto Elgin Ave and overlooks the freeway making access to most parts of the map very easy.

Snacks for your friends while the wait for you to answer the door.

 

Callisto Apartments or Indiana <Player Name> and the Apartment of Doom

Located on Power St in Downtown Vinewood this building has good access to the north and eastern parts of the city and has an Ammunation on the corner. However, both doors to this building are in a recess surrounded by easily accessible rooftops making camping this location almost too easy.

Garage and front doors exit onto Power St.

 

 

These photos will illustrate some of the many places players can be murdered from upon exiting their home here. The BMX will mark the front door exit.

Front door with a ladder nearby to roof access.

This building and ledge blocks the entire south side of this courtyard.

The backs of these buildings block the north of the courtyard and clearly have plenty of easy sniper access.

More rooftop overwatch on the west. Woe to any who would live in this place.

 

 

 

Here are a couple which could be possible but less/not likely to happen.

 

Augury Insurance Building

 

 

Slaughter, Slaughter and Slaughter

Garage exit onto San Andreas Ave.

 

Schlongberg Sachs, just south of Eclipse Towers

Finally, a doorman.

It's not unheard of for the wealthy to purchase suites or floors of hotels.

Dorset Dr. doors

Fancy back doors

Garage exit onto Movie Star Way.

 

Please add any additions you may have below. High end apartments are all we have confirmed, so lets try and keep it with those as there are already plenty of mansion wishlists.

I'm disappointed you couldn't get to be first reply, try harder next time.

I want a place away from LS as well but I didn't really see any places out there that fit the High End apartment description.

I wondered about hotels; the Banner Hotel & Spa immediately south of the Alta St apartment block has the requisite garage entrances etc but it just seemed a bit unlikely because it's so close to Alta St.

only problem is that a few of them don't make sense but they make more sense to have them as places to break into for when the stock market gets released.

Mile High Club (Finished up) like I said in Spring Update it's possible to replace in-game models with new ones (ex. Bar monument in the Beach). Also La Puerta Apartments the one that is being built also. R* told us in spring update "We will see new updates while rolling down La Puerta highway". Checked the location and those are the only 2 things you can see on that highway.

Then those aren't going to be the ones. the one at the Farm house has a buzzer on the garage door and it's listed as a safe house for online. rockstar always plan things out ahead of time. just make sure they do have a buzzer on those towers and garage m8.

Yes please. As long as it's not the most expensive and has a nice default interior, I'm moving!

You can definitely see the Banner Hotel & Spa on Alta St from the La Puerta Freeway, so Rockstar's statement doesn't mean they'll change the models. They'd also have to get rid of at least one mission and a gang attack, and ruin plenty of user-created races and deathmatches if they so comprehensively changed the landscape. Not gonna happen.

Puerto Del Sol Yacht Club and Augury Insurance Building peek my excitement the most. Btw good work with this thread OP, I think you could be onto something with the choices you have made here. And I hope you are right about Puerto Del Sol Yacht Club and Augury Insurance Building. I would leave my place at Weasel for those two places.

If Rockstar would add more properties, of course it would be in a residential district or in an apartment complex. Any apartment complex is an candidate. And don't mix apartment complex with business buildings such as office buildings etc.
