I have beaten so many strangers and freaks missions, I've beaten all the parachute challanges, all the race challenges and all that. I've beaten the story mode of course.I don't have anything to do on the map, there may be a few missions that I haven't done, side missions that is. I still can't see any of the UFO's... and I KNOW i did it right. I waited till 3AM at the mount chilliad and turned thunder rain on too. I still can't see it. I want to know. You need to purchase 5 properties that will generate income for 100% SS UFO is at max height. You need to be at or above the top bar shown on your mini map. This one should be easy once you learn the location FZ UFO is at about the 4th bar down from the top. MC UFO must be raining as the clock hits 3am, standing on the platform helps. krashr Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 (edited) not exactly sure how many strangers and freaks there are in total, but you need 20 for 100%. some of them will only appear after certain things happen either story-wise or of your own accord.. purchasing the sonar docks is one example, doing all parachute jumps to get the final dom mission, letter scraps for the dreyfuss mission etc. you can check your in-game checklist in the pause menu under "stats" Edited April 10, 2014 by krashr Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
