It cannot be found,you can only purchase the car off legendary motorsport website in your ingame internet.You need to mod it in LSC and use a glitch to sell the car over and over again.

Gang versions of the Tornado and Buccaneer pays about 12.5K.

f*cking assholes patched the martin missions where you cold sell the laywer's car for 22k.. Damnit!! so 9.5 is the current highest. but I settle for 8 and never any less.

My philosophy is to turn these cars in when the opportunity presents itself. Best case, you come across one while you are not on car selling cooldown and you are close to a LSC. If you spend any time looking for these cars AND have to drive across town to an LSC, you are probably just wasting time better spent on a mission.

 

I like when I get on the game, pull out of my garage, and there is one driving near me as soon as I hit the street. A quick $8000-$9000 to start out makes you feel like your bullets are paid for this session.

Can anyone comment on where the Felon might frequently spawn? It seems that I don't see many of them around, but I do see plenty of Ballers to sell.

 

I'm also interested in putting the Felon in my garage as well as selling them, so that's why I'm asking.

If this is really meant as a question then my answer is, "Yes, you do not want to be a cheater. However, you may feel you need to be since this is a game about being a thieving criminal and any way you make money is a legitimate illegitimate activity."

 

Don't make a game where I get to finally be the bad guy then tell me there are rules.
