I despise R* for increasing the time limit between setting another bounty on the same player to over 35 minutes, bloody ridiculous! It should be about 10 or 15 minutes, after all it's your money you're putting on them.

I always thought I was getting an unusually large amount of npc bounties, looking at all these numbers I can see I wasn't wrong lol

Only 75, I'd say about 60 of those have been NPC bounties, and the other 15 have been "real" player-placed bounties.
