Nope. Not always. Most of the time they get away with it Scott free leaving the other player out of pocket for dying.

They don't pay or get badsport as long as they don't move their tank. they are free to shoot anyone..

Depends how close to the tank you are. If you get near them they do not have to pay but if you keep your distance and they kill you anyway they have to pay. I do not know how large the area is around the tank that allows them to kill with no consequences though. Something to test I suppose.

they should really bring back multiple bounties on one character, I always place on on the tank abusers just so you know where they are................

Two days ago I came around a corner and got shot by a tank right in front of me. When I respawned I called MMI and it was free. It's weird but I don't think I ever had to pay for my vehicle.

today i stole a thank with the help of a mugger, i crashed into a car meet at richard majestic, i destroyed all 10 chradders in the meet and didnt have to pay or bad sport warning.
