Based God Cali

Thus is what disappoints me about the Eleghy. It should sound like a fire breathing dragon but it sounds like my mom's Beetle; soft and quiet. But, similar to the Beetle, as the revs increase, it sounds more feirce, IMO.

TL:DR: The Eleghy doesnt sound the way it should

Honestly, i dont think its that bad, although it isnt good by any means. It sounds a lot like a stock Japanese inline six, at least for gta standards.

I know i know, the GT-R isnt an inline six. But still..

Shouldn't it sound more like this?

You know, with the Elegy being primarily an R35.. :p

There's also no muffler mods so it is what it is ya know

But i thought the GT-R had a TT V6, not inline 6?

Ballistic Jello

Yes, because straight sixes sound JUST LIKE V6's.

In this game all cars sound like sh*t, except for one or two.

I disagree. A lot of cars sound pretty badass IMO.

Sabre Turbo

Dominator

Phoenix

Futo

Carbonizarre

Jester

And definitely my personal fave.

Turismo R.

When I bought the car, I started it up and turned it off for the first 5-10 min cause I couldn't get enough on how sexy it sounds when you start it up.

Did you really need to make two threads within two hours of each other on how you think the Elerygy should sound OP?

I was going to post that myself, but I decided to let that one go.

I can agree that the Dominator and Phoenix sound the same, the Sabre Turbo sounds different. And the Buccaneer has a completely different sound than all of them. I wish it was louder, bit it still sounds nice.

Not sure why so many r34's are being posted when the VR38 in the r35 sounds completely different to the rb26.

Alot of cars don't sound as good as they should. But to be fair, the vr38 sounds pretty average in real life. Doesn't have the scream of the rb26. Lets not even start on the 2jz...

So many R34's are being posted because the RB motors sound so much better than the VR38, don't get me wrong it sounds good, but the Elegy deserves an RB motor sound in the game.

Now a 1JZ would be perfect for the futo and an S50 for the Sentinels

I would of much preferred an rb powered r32/33/34 as the elegy rather than the 35 but oh well :(

I don't know about a 1jz in a futo, it already skids enough! I like thinking it has a turbo 4age in it.

I would definitely like to see it in-game though. Maybe a 1jz powered intruder? Or a 1uz powered rebel would be nice.

Unfortunately gta will probably never fullfill my jdm wish list :(
