That's to ward off predators who want to put it in a jar with holes jabbed into the lid so they can take it home with them and put it on a shelf. But seriously though, that thing looks very cute. I think I'd still flick my arm back if I saw one crawling on me, but I'd also pick it back up after inspecting it and put it on a tree branch or something. I mean, he can be a little spooky with all those drug references and cryptic album covers, but what I like to do when I get a little scared is picture him having fun at one of his live shows. Since they're green, they're hard to see because they camoflauge. But they're bigger than most people expect.
