Hello i am having trouble with accessing the mission pot shot or any other mission beyond rank 5 I am currently rank 25. When every i go in the the pause menu job section and under missions i only have Rich Men in Richman and Where Credit's Due. How can i see the rest of my missions especially potshot.

Try calling the contacts in your phone to request jobs and see if those missions come up. After you do the missions they should show up in your job menu.
