Tattoo bug

I just wanted this tattoo that we unlock after winning 50 races in GTA Online. So finally earlier today i've won my 50th race and went straight to the tattoo shop just to discover the tattoo was still locked. It clearly says: ''Unlock this tattoo by winning 50 races''.

 

So I just log off thinking the next time i'll log on the tattoo would be unlocked. But nope, the tattoo is still locked. I checked my Social Club account to make sure I really won 50 races and it is the case.

 

So is it a bug or my tattoo will unlock later??
