Yes from time to time. Usually when others are in the lobby glitching or you're in the same session as someone using dialup Internet

Unless you wanna run around killing random players for no benefit at all I suggest sticking to solo/invite/crew/friends only sessions for the best possible experience.

I was lagging bad lays night when I tried calling in a PV, and the mechanic would never deliver the PV. After trying to call a PV 4 or 5 times, I quit to dashboard, tested XBlive connection (fine), turned off the xbox and ran a speed-test on my network (dl @ 20Mbps). Didn't turn the xbox back on last night, but I will after work today. Hopefully the problem is fixed, if not I'll try clearing my cache.

Yep across 3 different ps3's 2 superslims and 1 slim and 2 GTA'S 1 brand new i thought 1.12 would fix this but its still at it lagging and freezing at my wits end with this sh*t
