I received a Rockstar T-Shirt, question inside.

So, about a week ago I for some odd reason, I was given a Rockstar T-shirt in game. I have only created one race and one deathmatch. If I remember correctly, these shirts are only given to people who have had one of their jobs verified. Both the race and deathmatch I created aren't that good in my opinion. So is this a glitch and they gave some players Rockstar T-shirts unintentionally or is it something else? If I do recall, there is another forum member on here who had experienced the same thing. Not sure of his/her circumstances of receiving the shirt, nor do I honestly understand how I got one.

yes, it's a known issue, lots of people, me included, got the shirt. has to do with bookmarking and playing user created jobs, iirc.

 

i'm sure there's a thread on this somewhere on the first 5 pages of the forum.

except I have no idea why because none of my jobs got verified. Nor did I do the "bookmark" glitch.

I haven't bookmarked anything in the past month or so. I was just doing some Rooftop Rumble with a friend and we went back to free roam. Then it gave the notification saying New Unlock: Rockstar T-Shirt. I was surprised to say the least.

Yep, it's a green V-neck. The black one is the best looking one. Would it be an orange shirt with a black R* outline or would it be black with a orange R* logo? Never seen anyone with a different colored one. I think there is a red and black variant of it as well.

To wear the black one;

 

Before you do this remove tops and watches.

1. Wear the black sports coat

2. Wear r* v-neck.

3. Go to watches and hover over any watch

4. Press start and then go back.

5. Voila

 

Works for any logo!

the red and green version are for bookmarking user created missions, the black one is when you have an actual verified mission ;-)
