Modded race challenges immediately after the money wipe. They've been fixed for a while now. My one profile had $14b before it was banned for reasons unrelated to the money.

I have 6.9mil plus 10 Adder Bonbs with my other char which gives me 7.4mil in an off-shore account so to speak.

 

So i guess i have around 14.3 mil and since i already have everything including the buzzard, tank, frogger, three planes even the heavy dump truck i won't be making any more big buys over $500,000 except for a super car in the future (not an adder) and the second garage.

 

I know how to manage my money, It seems like a lot of people don't and they wonder why they are broke.

As I've already stated, it's from the modded race challenges that were out soon after the money wipe. Some of them gave $800m each and took 30 seconds to complete. The only problem with them is they were only up for maybe an hour or two a day, and at random times. (Often very early, like 3-4am).

 

And ISO mods can't do stuff like money modding. For that, you'd have to use a Jtag or RGH. (Which I have, but it wasn't used for this. )
