Alarming
It won't be long before they change the button to swap characters from d pad to "start, online, swap character, yes or no, select online character" please wait one minute. Playing the game as not intended in the t&c is illegal actually. Maybe people saying it's not need to spend 30 minutes on some law websites. Also, a lag switch or using programmes on computers or going though the router will stop over 90% if not more anyway. Funny enough buying a lag switch is spending real money for fake money. Oh the irony. Edited April 8, 2014 by Alarming

blitzzd
News Flash: Life is designed to take money from you. Get used to it and stop trying to "screw the man". There are several world protests that could use your gumption and morality base to bolster their legitimate grievances. Perhaps a venture outside the realm of the pixel would do you some good. Wow, just found a picture of what rockstar really thinks of legit players... You know pal.... Theres a difference between being a glitcher and being a cashcard moaner..... cashcard moaners are the worst. You can get all the stuff of this game with some legal grinding or some illegal glitching.... Theres no reason whatsoever to buy cashcards. Thats why its pointless to complain about them. Your wrong in so many ways I don't know where to start. 1. It is not illegal to glitch. The T's and C's you agree to ARE NOT LAW! 2. Without cash cards, the only way to obtain everything you unlock, everything from DLC, everything as you go is to either spend hours and hours on end playing the same high paying missions over and over which is not fun and therefore is not a game any more, it's work. When you already have a job and bills to pay and a family to feed and only a few hours a week to play, do you really think people are going to boot up a game to work? We play games to have FUN, as a bit of escapism from real life not to simulate the daily grind even if the game involves guns, it's still doing something boring over and over which is no fun at all. or the other way is to use glitches. Now I am not talking about hacking or modding, I'm talking about using simple things like the SP2MP glitch to get the cars you want and when you get bored of them, you can sell them and then buy stuff like more ammo or what ever. Another benefit is with the save editor, you can use totally custom colours and paint schemes which even with in game glitches, you can't obtain, even bring in SP cars which have been left out of online for no reason. I know what I would rather do in a GAME... play it and have fun even if I have to use glitches to accomplish what I want without grinding or buying cash cards. Excuses everywhere..... If you really think GTA online is a game and not a way for rockstar / take2 to milk the players then you are wrong in your head and your obviously someone who still lives with his mummy and daddy with no concept of real life. It's f*cking candy crush for consoles with guns! Hey look, when you buy this game, you get an online game free! Everything you buy costs over 100% more than the single player game and we will change job payouts if we think you can still buy everything easily. Fun? We don't give a sh*t if playing it legitimately is fun, we just want you to run out of cash and buy our cash cards!

Oh the irony. so many posts, so little comprehension... i'll make this real clear for you: Most of us don't give a sh*t about the money. we just want nice looking rides and to be able to use all options Rockstar programmed in to this game, not just the ones that got selected to be available through LSC. why should i not be able to apply a color to a rim, just because it is randomly classified as "metallic" color for first and secondary? or why shouldn't i be able to create a color all of my own instead of using the same monotonous paint schemes everybody uses? why, if there's a programmed option to remove the roll cage on a Merry Mesa, should i not do that? no save editor/SP2MP user can change anything on a vehicle that isn't already an option in the game files. all we do is access features Rockstar keeps from us without any logical reason or, lo and behold, even an explanation. and what if we make a little money by selling cars to make room in our garages for new cars? as i mentioned before, it would still take many, many sold, glitched-in cars to even out what Rockstar made me loose through bugs and bad patching. Speak to a lawyer dealing in contract law because believe or not, it's a contract between you and RockstarDigital terms and conditions are still very touch and go when it comes to breaking the law. If you are getting an online loan and do not pay it back, that's breaking the law. How ever, using a security hole in a game is not breaking the law when it does not cause any damage to property or allows you to steal etc. Just look at the guy who digitally stole all the military documents. He is only wanted because he leaked the information which America is saying is potentially a threat to them, that's why he got stopped or somebody who works for him got stopped in a British airport by the police and was arrested on terrorist charges but later the charges were dropped and he was free to go. I've not paid another dime for it. Never even thought of it as an option. I don't glitch. I just play random things, DM, TDM, races, contact missions, free roam challenges (cars/crates/armored trucks/etc.), parachuting, whatever mode I can find that has people doing something. I have a ton of fun and run into such a good variety of people every day I play. It's great. I'm not an entitled brat who needs to be the first person to own anything so I can come on a forum and brag and show pictures off, so I don't really even care if it takes a week to make a million bucks to purchase a new high end car. Why is obtaining things a race for people? Why do people feel like anyone cares if they have $50 million fake money from glitching or farming missions? The only reason that it matters when they nerf sh*t to is people's own desire and nonacceptance to wait to be rewarded for playing the game at a reasonable pace. Too many people don't play for fun, they play to obtain the newest and most expensive things so they can show them off. They are always the ones complaining about sh*t. edit; you know what else. I've never paid a single penny for Candy Crush either because if you aren't in a hurry to 'beat' sh*t, then there is absolutely no reason to pay for it. Makes a ton more sense than Brian B's answer of: "it's your consoles" Think about it just a bit. Totally random numbers here, but game is supposed to render say, 100 colors for cars and 20 rims with a database of accepted license plates that it needs to render. Now, 1,000 players glitch SP cars to MP.....the game now has to render 400 colors (300 of which it's not supposed to be dealing with) and 100 rims colors (80 of which is shouldn't have to deal with) and 1,000 additional plate names that aren't in the original database that it now has to render. It all takes processing power, whether or not the colors are already on a tree in the game or not. This must put a real strain on the engine when looking at additional car mods that must be rendered on 15 player screens at once. You're just talking out of your ass now. have you actually ever played this game? it consists of the whole f*cking variety of the rainbow, you oversimplifying doofus. there already are thousands of colors in this game... actually, you know what? forget it. you're right. there must be a reason Rockstar called one of their games "LA Noire" and not "LA So-f*cking-colorful-it-puts-every-acid-trip-to-shame". the things people say out of complete and utter ignorance, mixed with a pathological need to be right, will never cease to amaze me. Ballistic Jello
Wow, just found a picture of what rockstar really thinks of legit players... <snip> No dipsh*t, legit players don't suck at the game and cheat to fulfill their sense of entitlement. We don't buy shark cards either. "Well my character's broke so I'll just cheat." Translation: Missions are "too hard and boring", races are "too hard" and deathmatches are "way too hard". Then JUST GET LOST. If you are going to complain about the core content of the game which is built to allow you to slowly amass a fortune, a collection of marine and airborne hardware that shames the French military and a garage of beautiful cars, you need a new f*cking game. Obtaining the material items IS THE REWARD. "I'm not gonna spend hours a day grinding for stuff." I'd rather spend those 120 minutes doing...what? Killing in freemode? Riding BMXs for $50 like that other choad? You don't want to play the game, you just want to play the game with cheat codes. So a new Carbonizzare costs $200K. I'm informing you since I'm sure you have no idea of the actual cost of vehicles. It is significant. That's why it feels awesome to get a new one delivered. So if you play, I dunno. 5 races. Average payout with your poor driving/flying/boating skills: let's say 3 grand (1k in bets?), then do two average paying fun missions and two more profitable ones, hell throw a parachute race in there (2k + betting), maybe one easy-ass survival and a team deathmatch and a LTS, before returning to Freemode. You'd pull in ~ 60-100 grand in an hour, hour and a half. Do that a couple times and you earned a new Ferrari. BY PLAYING THE GAME.THIS IS NOT GRINDING.THIS. IS. GTA ONLINE. It's all we've got. It ain't much but it's ours. And you are bad at it and you should feel bad. You know pal.... It's really pathetic that it's so easy for simpletons to get what you didn't earn in the game. Another benefit is with the save editor, you can use totally custom colours and paint schemes which even with in game glitches, you can't obtain, even bring in SP cars which have been left out of online for no reason. Chillervapres is right though. "Well, I'm lazy too, and he's right cause we're both so lazy we cheat."
