Why is RR and High Priority Case switched?

Title says it all. Does anyone know why Rooftop Rumble, with no roofs and a high priority document is named as such and High Priority Case set on the rooftops is so? Just wondering

you try searching for rooftop rumble, you'll be going through the posts for days. I have seen other threads in the past, with no clear answer, no one seems to know i suppose.

Not many people know this, but in RR when you get the message to go to Martin you can go on top of the roof of the FIB building. There you can fistfight a guy dressed in a wrester costume (you must beat him with your fists, and you have to be the one with the package). When you kill him (he has alot of health) he will drop $100000.

That is why it's called Rooftop Rumble!

I asked the same last week OP and actually received sensible answers, shocking I know lol. Basically the two missions were mixed up in the code or something. Given each others titles, descriptions and cash payouts. Not sure why it's still like this though.

I don't think they're necessarily switched, I've always thought that High Priority Case was a sort of play on words and is a fitting name for that mission.

 

Rooftop Rumble, on the other hand.....
