Because this isn't the High Life update. Multiple properties is part of the High Life update which will release later in the spring.

 

Had you read the newswire post, you would know that. It says it all there, very plainly.

Why does nobody like capture creator?

 

It will enable you to make up lots of different game modes of your own. Death matches are already used to create demolition derby events, sandbox versions of free mode with unobtainable vehicles, Even the gate glitch so you can have lots of busses and no cops. One of our crew members created The tanker chase from Mad Max 2.

 

Capture creator will just add to the list. Don't think of it as making capture games, think of it as another method to create your own types of events and games.

 

You could create real stealth missions that require you to sneak up people unnoticed.

 

You could combine racing and capture. 2x people go head to head in a race - winner gets the case. Then the next 2 players line up and do the same. The cases would simply be a counter on the bottom of the screen adding up the wins for each team.

Because it's not an update. It's a DLC. Along with the other many features announced but not in 1.12.

 

Give it some time. It will be here by April 20th for sure.

No, it's an update, all adds to Online have been an update...they are REQUIRED to install to play, just because they add sh*t to make people happy and buy Shark Cards doesn't make it DLC

Nobody wanted capture but we got it anyhow, high life dlc april 20th

I wanted to check it out.

Capture mode is insane fun with a good group. I'm sure the community will be able to make some solid capture maps (and 50K 12-year-old tank maps).

 

The only reason people don't play them is that everyone is focused on RP and cash and the capture mode doesn't pay out well on those.

Why is everybody so focued on 4/20? Because it's the "unofficial world weed day?" And probably not that day anyways since the 20th is a Sunday and the updates always come out on a Tuesday so if they are correct then it'll be the 22nd but most likely not

I'm hoping it'll come out on the 15th, then they can have a High Life Live Weekend on 4/20, which as we all remember as the mighty anniversary of the Columbine School Shooting and Hitler's birthday. Fun day!
