blind eye vs calling emergency services.

So with blind eye i assume it just prevents cops from spawning near you for 3 minutes. What happens if another player near you calls 911 to get the cops to spawn. Will the cop that shows up go after you if you shoot your gun, steal a car, etc while still in the 3 minute window?

One of my favorite past times when LSC griefing was popular was to go into passive mode and go over by lsc and when the griefers started causing trouble, I'd call the cops and a police car would show up and of course one of the griefers would shoot his gun and get a 2 star and have to flee. It was priceless. Now i'm curious to see what would happen if said griefer had blind eye active.

It's amazing how many people don't know that you can bring up the keypad on the phone and dial 911 to get the cops, an ambulance, or a fire truck. Once you do it the first time it adds "emergency services" as a contact.

I lost $5000 & 3 minutes because some derp was being chased by cops ran into my car and started shooting at me so i went to shoot him but instead i auto aimed at the cops and there went my 3 minutes and $5,000

if you go to the LSC near the river, there is a police department. if you'll feel like beat the sh*t out of some cops standing near its stairs, goodbye your blind eye.

Question: what about if you already have a wanted level, say 3 stars. If I call Lester and pay the $5k will my 3 minutes start and the cops that are chasing me back off and I lose my 3 stars? If so that's a handy feature and helps in the reasoning for 3min's freedom costing $5k.

shooting police - unacceptable

 

shooting people in front of police standing in front of police station - totally acceptable

 

So it has uses in free aim

I went into the airbase and called Lester. No stars. Hoped in a jet and when I was going forward the military guy standing watch didn't move at all. Hit him with the wing and bam 4 stars and shot down writhing 10 seconds of take off.

Haha, great job rockstar. Worthless feature then. It always auto locks the cops first, even when they are on the other side of the screen.

 

Save your money kiddies, it costs less if they kill you and they are easy to escape from anyway, just annoying cause the timer takes so long.

Blind eye does not work in a vehicle if the other person has a wanted level.

lol just tried it. you instantly lose the ability and you get a 3 star wanted level if you shoot a cop. bullsh*t. what a waste of 5,000.

It clearly says, that his cop buddies will turn a blind-eye. That doesn't mean his cop buddies are gonna let you shoot them.

Highly doubt it'll work, as Lester's "remove wanted level" doesn't work in all missions.
