Huge RP nerf

Coveted not showing in my missions list, down the drain solo for me at level 37 used to give 1400 RP, now reduced to 400 RP 1 lap. Criminal records RP 1 lap now 100 RP. Haven't tried quick getaway yet...Titan of a job used to give at least 1000 rp, now it's about 900. One thing I. Noticed about down the drain is that it pays more money, and less RP

It was the only mission that was fun. You had to snipe, to fly the C-Bob, and everything. Its a hundred times more fun than boring RR, with a classic shootout & driving a car, how unique!

Perhaps you have to call Martin now to get Coveted? Even if they did take that mission away, there's plenty of other missions that pay well, and give out decent RP.

To give you an actual answer: Because its ruined playing the game.

 

Used to be, you could choose "Random Contact MIssion" in your phone and end up doing all sorts of weird crap with people. Sometimes you even met interesting people as you went through job after job together, and you could make friends.

 

Now, however, all anyone does it RR->Quit->RR over and over. Random contact mission? 4 out of 5 times, its gonna be RR. You won't meet people, as you'll deal with them for 4.5 minutes until they quit out and start it again.

 

ITs all anyone does. Its strangling whatever life is left in the game.

 

I don't need it nerfed, I just want it and High Priority Case to be put into their proper slots.

I was just able to start my CCO3, Coveted, Potshots, and 100k playlists (100k is a mix of the 3 missions, worth 100k each play through). They do not show up in the mission list though and aren't in my bookmarked job list either but the playlists I'd already created worked fine. The jobs I had added to my game when we found the SC links a while back still show up on my map as yellow stars.

I'm actually kind of pissed about the CCO3 being removed, don't really care about coveted never really liked that mission. I love to play CCO3 though. That mission is by far my favorite to play. I like pushing myself in the buzzard to get faster and faster at moving between the camps.

I was guilty of doing RR for a few days pretty much non stop, but I always made sure I did it in different ways. Sometimes it would take me 10 mins to finish, it's not a boring mission compared to coveted as lots of scenarios you can do with friends. But now I'm sick of it. Part of me wished that the cash and rp matched up for how hard the mission is or should I say easy. No way should we earn 18k and get almost 4000 rp for that. It's all my friends ever wanna do now is RR, the same friends I encountered mostly during free roam when they used to do random things. Oh well, one can hope it'll happen one day!

As has happened for every patch that involves mission changes...you will need to reaquire the mission from the contact that provides it through your phone. Once it is completed it will again be listed. Completeing the one in your playlist does not count. You need to reestablish the contact.

 

Same thing every time.

The missions currently affected are non contact missions so this is incorrect. These missions were the ones that have always been available via the mission list. There are a few non contact missions unaffected by this latest bug, CCO 1 being an example.

 

R* is aware of the issue and is working to correct it.

Lucky I got the level I wanted... 120, and taken a few weeks off too. And I still have my other character at only 100 so I can slowly level them up too if I want.

 

Glad I grinded before the grind got even worse.

I can't speak for everyone, but when I grind, it's in a private, closed session. No invites sent because that takes extra time, which is counter to the purpose. Why would people grind and spend time waiting for invites?
