Members might be more reluctant to post disinformation if there were some penalty such as a temporary suspension. Do you think this is a good idea?

Yes because even though there are no official patch notes, people still post drivel like RR being nerfed, which in turn results in a thread being created about it.

Don't care as much about posts, but if they start a thread about it, yeah, they should be warned, and banned if they continue to do it. Most sites I'm on don't put up with that crap.

It's just another form of spam.
