"Turn A Blind Eye" - Option from LESTER to have the LSPD,MILITARY,ETC, basically ignore you for 3 MINUTES.

 

 

THESE ARE THE THINGS I HAVE NOTICED OR TRIED PERSONALLY. THOUGHT IT MIGHT HELP COMPILE A LIST.

• Unless you aim at or kill any Police,Military or Swat. *I have yet to determine if this also applies to Fire Safety and EMS or Airport Security or any other Security Agency that you will find across the map at locations like, Humane Research or the Prison.
• If you get into a car with another player and they activate "TBE" and you do not, you will still obtain a 4 star wanted level upon breaching the fence line while together in any vehicle.
• Multiple Players in an area, like Fort Zancudo, can have "TBE" activated at the same time. *Good Idea for HEIST MISSIONS maybe? (I think so!)
• I have had the Lazer Jet spawn everytime I went into the base with "TBE" activated. Never tried to take a TANK but after reading other posts seems that this will also cancel any remaining time on your clock.
• Cool down is 5:00 MINUTES
• Cost is $5,000 (Bottom of Lesters Menu on Phone)

I am not sure about the following:

• Attacking a Armoured Truck with "TBE" activated.
• Haven't tried any stores or shops yet personally.

*Will also work with a Titan Jet, Cargo Bob, Police Maverick. Of course the Helicopters would be better in this situation, I just happened to test it with these vehicles as well.

Meh, you're all superheroes obviously, because at least half the time when I stole jets I'd get decimated by an aimbot tank I could barely see just as the wheels started turning.

 

This doesn't happen any more, and us old bastards need to keep our blood pressure down.

Constant sound of jets in the session I joined last night. LOL

Reminds me of the money gifting/tanks for all period where you could hear constant explosions.

At least I've not had any jets attack me yet, they just seem to be fighting each other, which is very kool.
