Apparently they don't spawn if you haven't got a wanted level, and they are really easy to get anyway, (provided the douchebag ai jet who flies faster than you with his gear out, follows you across the map without a wanted level, doesn't appear on the radar and makes you insta-dead when you get to close even if he didnt hit you, doesn't follow you.)

Wouldn't you have the wanted level when you first entered the base then? opposed to calling lester BEFORE entering the base

they were never impossible... jump in , grab a jet when u hear peeping pull up ,, u now have jet.. i dont know why everyone bitch and moans that its so hard.. i never even get shot while doing this

You dont get the stars up the main entrance driveway until you enter the car park.

 

Guys I can confirm that it works. I tried the ground and air and activated the air one outside of the base before I entered. They spawn.

It's not like it was ever hard to get one. The main deterrent has always been the f*ck around getting there and you still have that. I don't really think anyone that is unable to get a jet without spending the 5000 is going to be much of a threat flying around in one anyway.

Trust me if you try and kill him you will magically explode before he has even turned his nose to fire at you, the only option is to run away until he despawns

He has gotten me before, not gonna lie, but in your ascent from fz, slow down and look behind you. He spawns at the east end of the runways, keep an eye on him until he is almost directly underneath you, then switch to missles and dive towards him.

just tested and it works .. went to that spot on highway called lester and jumped in - total of 4 jets spawned

 

if u get a friend to go to military base without calling lester then even tanks will spawn

 

now people without rank 70 will roll around in tanks oh happy day
