All this dam patch has done is fixed issues with rp and payouts etc etc. There is NO lenny avery mansions and there is NO CAPTURE CREATOR all i got is the ability to call lester and get cops away from me while i commit offences and even that didnt work

 

yo, it says "spring updateS" which means all the stuff listed by rockstar, like heists, new appartements etc. is coming with multiple patches this spring. spring has just begun. this would be the first of, lets say, three updates for example.
