fixed Content creator glitch

fixed weapons in garage glitch

fixed easy sp2mp but lag switch method works =D

R* are fixing the firetruck ability to spray water

Lester's "Cops turn a blind eye" lasts for 3 minutes and costs $5000

Not showing for me. Mostly not bothered, as I couldn't give a single solitary monkey poo for the capture creator. Curious to see what interesting new "undocumented features" creep into the game though.
