Possible new properties (Speculation w/ pics)

I heard on this forum there was property listed on the gta blue print map that came with the collectors edition. So I checked it out and here is what I found. The properties circled are not listed on the dynasty 8 site in game

 

1. This one is a building. Its located right next to Caesars auto parking but I couldnt find a garage in there or around the building. I also couldnt find a door with a buzzer, so its questionable

 

 

I did find across the street and to the right a road that goes down and left into an underground garage with a huge door. Still no buzzer though

 

 

2. Not much to say about this one. Its a tiny garage in the corner of a xero gas station. this one also lacks a buzzer

 

 

3. This looks like a garage attached to a fire station. I had to order a plane from pegasus to get in this area

 

 

Please note the buzzer to your right

 

 

4. This one is Marlowe vineyards. not sure how this would work but nice views and remote location

5. This seems to be an auto garage, its says "auto shop" and looks big enough to squeeze a bummy apartment into as well

6. This is another garage, but its totally fenced in. Not that you couldnt drive through the fence

7. Located behind the yellow jack tavern is a mostly fenced in garage with buzzer and possible upstairs apartment

So there is is. not saying any of this will ever become available, for all I know its cut content from a earlier map or something. Feel free to add anything you find

If that map is supposed to provide a clue at future garages and apartments then I'm disappointed that we're limited to this.

 

On a positive note, if this were true then Gta-freak would finally get his trailer.

However, I doubt any of these are going to be the "new high-end apartment options" referenced in the Spring Update newflash, as they don't seem very high end. I would love to own any of the ones outside the city, but I think we will be limited to new urban locations with new interior designs. I wonder if we will have a "preview" option or something so we can take a look at the interiors before buying.

I hope it isnt new apartments with new interiors in existing buildings and a few extra standalone garages of various sizes

I hunted for new buildings with garages that werent hotels or business towers but I let my live membership expire till the update. didnt find much anyway

This is the buzzer for a ten car or six car apartment. The one shown on all of those are for other six car apartments and apartment-free garages.

Another building that i think will be a new high-end apartment would be the Jetty(Next to the Von Crastenburg Hotel), it has a garage and not to mention it seems like a apartment/condo of some sorts, though the garage unfortunately doesn't have those buzzers.

I know it sound crazy but I have a feeling/hope that the Mile high may be completed and we can buy an penthouse apartment there ( maybe with privat helipad on the roof). if not in this update then later this year.

there is this one house with two 2-car garages and one of them opens. the side door looks like it would open from looking at the trim there is a crack. there is a buzzer on the gate. there is a pool and working telescope in the backyard. has the best view of the city. this is located at the very top of the Hollywood hills,
