I have received that message before from blowing up a noob in freemode with my tank...lol.

I got it the other day for the first time. Kid with bounty enters fz, I already had a jet, so he went boom.

 

He goes off radar, goes and gets another jet, well I preemptively take him out of the sky.

 

Reported. hrmph.

thats been going on since the start of GTA Online. it happens when the user leaves lobby at the exact moment you report him.

The bad sport system is just another bad idea among the list of bad ideas in gta online. lol at getting put on timeout in a gta game you should only be reported if you are hacking with the incident being recorded or investigated.

I'm going to backup Purplesaint's legit rank because it is legit.

 

I've played with him for months now and he is quite an active and competitive player. Playing the game gains you RP, playing the game and winning matches gains you even more RP.

 

Focusing on the matter at hand, yes the report system is broken. A group of whinny jealous kids can easily report someone and cause him issues. Another friend of mine got in the bad sport lobby in January because he blew up this griefing kid's tank, I was with him in that lobby and our chat was set to everyone. The moment he blew it up after the kid was on a rampage he screamed:

 

''Noooo!!! No! No! No! I'll f*cking kill you!!! I'll kill you!!! *squeeking sounds* guys report him! everyone report him!!! I don't know for what just do it!! I'm getting another tank. NOOO he killed me before I could go in passive mode!!! I'll get Dan in here so he can report him too''

 

That's what we heard the moment the tank got blown up. Sure enough, the kid had his friends in Fort Zancudo while we killed him at LS Customs in downtown. I counted 6 on the minimap. 3 Minutes later my friend leaves the lobby and then sends me a message on PSN ''WTF I'm in bad sport''

 

Moral of this story? Society is going to hell.

I got challenged by a 2 guys with 40ish levels ambushed me with a Bifta but i minigunned them and fight began killed them 5 consecutive times then they passived and reported me and i reported their crew they got Dodgy i got bad sport now for 8 days

Purple, you need Brian B! Go to Rockstar support and ask for help. I can't believe people even doubt your rank. As of today GTAO has been playable for most players for 185 days! That is, starting from October 5th.

 

Rank 398, unless you play almost 24/7, is not a legit rank though.

 

So basically, unless you have spent a good 1/4 of your life on GTA:O since its release, it is not obtainable.

 

I'm sure there are people who have achieved said rank legit, possibly even OP...But my point remains.

 

If you do nothing but play GTA:O all day, it's possible.

 

 

 

400-600 is a legit rank. And you don't have to play GTA all day to achieve this, just play alot of game modes and stay out of free roaming constantly.

Well actually I have about 51 days of playtime and neither of my characters are close to 300. Then again, neither of them have broken the 200 barrier yet, so it's probably just that I got lazy after hitting 120.

I joined a quick job race and got Down the Drain and 3 14 yr old with their Adders one has yellow one has red and the elusive Chrome one. They are in the same crew and a random Italian guy with his Turismo R

 

And my black and red Infernus roars up the race and dusted all of them at the start of the race (I'm really good at controlling the Infernus) and turbo started then the yellow Adder got surprised sh*t his life because i beat his precious faztezt Bugatti swag car and label me as a cheater

 

After the race they voted freemode so they can ambush me apparently failed so got in my Infernus again chased me in their hideous looking cars and they cant catch me due to my superior driving and they got mad and reported me due to my rank and skills

 

But the Italian guy helped reported them crew and they get dodgy player and suddenly the one with red Adder got bad sport

 

I fled the session to help from friends to commend me and remove my dodgy player and successfully got back to clean player
