There is a vehicle request thread for both consoles. If you don't get the help here, you'll definitely get it there. I made a request and got help in like 4 minutes

When u sign out of psn...close the xmb and go back to online until u see the return to gta v screen (sometimes u get the connection lost screen...just press x and it should go to the return to gta v screen)...when u see that screen go bqck to xmb and sign back in....at least that was the prob I was having when I first tried...

I really want Franklin's car in GTA online. I've tried some steps to get it myself but it didn't seem to work. Could anyone that plays on PS3 give me Franklin's car please?
