Stupid R* support haha

When I lost my character about 3 months ago I emailed support. Finally heard back tonight. Check out their reply to my initial email.

 

My initial email read as the following:

 

Khaizarana, Feb 13 08:08 PM: I have been a user of gta online since the first day, basically what I did just now was I wanted to delete my character in slot 1 but accidentally deleted my main character I had in slot 2, is there any way of bringing this character back, it was level 106. I've never cheated or even glitched at all during my time on the game. I can't believe I just made that stupid mistake.
My gta user name is Khaizarana74

Thank you for contacting R* Support. You are receiving this message because you had written into us about Cheats, Mods, or Hacks, either in reporting other players or have had action taken against your account due to cheating.
To keep the gameplay environment as fair as possible for legitimate players, we routinely do sweeps to separate out cheaters and modders, and to reverse any illegitimate transactions. These sweeps are based on in-game automated detection, examination of suspicious gameplay statistics, and also manually-reviewed evidence submitted by the Community. If you were not engaged in any willful cheating or exploiting yourself, you do not need to worry about getting caught up in our work to separate out cheaters from the rest of the population.

 

So far very off topic but now here is the best bit....

 

If you believe that you have been added to the Cheater Pool in error, and you would like to try to appeal your entry into this pool, please supply the following information.

 

I've checked and I'm not in the cheater pool. So far off topic I wonder if it's even been read.

I don't see the problem? They have automatic replies to posts that concern certain topics that might apply. It makes it so R* has a lot less emails to go through. Anyways, they've said multiple times that to get an actual response, just reply again.

I appreciate the reasons for automatic replies, I know they exist, but that is a response to a problem so warrants more than an automated reply, and the bot reply I did get was very off topic and nowt to do with my initial email.

Well, I'm not on your account, so I can't see...

But if you reply, they will eventually reply back.

Oh. I thought it was viewable by all. Well, just know that i gave very explicit details to an issue that i have IN GAME, and for the issue, i got 3 robotic replies that had nothing to do with my issue, including one response saying i should try updating my browser and clear cookies... My issue had nothing to do with a friggin browser.

 

And another reply saying i should create a new character and delete the one i have.

lol! I got one of these tonight. my ticket was about a licenses plate reset.

You deleted the wrong character? that's not R* problem lol

 

Maybe this is why R* support isn't brilliant, they get so many of the same pointless tickets that they have to make a bot reply to most of them.

If anyone could tell me, then please, when responding to R* support, do I reply directly to the email, or "above the line" as it says?

oh btw , that's ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT ! u should not create two it from first place and even you can handle dual char , u must never delete it for the rest of your life as long as you like to play it even getting too old

it's your mistake and you reported it from R* ? that char is never existed anymore

 

besides , all you do is cutting yourself in corner and cry like a baby

I got exact same reply last night for a ticket I posted in December. Had nothing to do with cheating or reporting. Looks like some bot had just sent a generic reply to all outstanding tickets.

sh*t myself, thought I was getting cheater pooled. Due to the timing of the mail and the forthcoming update.

Contacted R* last week about my crew rank being stuck at 15, they're yet to "respond" to me.

fits right in. months after sending in a ticket about not receiving the payout from the last heist in SP i get an email saying that Rockstar is sorry i lost progress in MP, but that they weren't able to verify my claims. probably because I NEVER CLAIMED TO HAVE LOST MP PROGRESS!

What y'all don't realize there's already thousands of idiots spamming Rockstar about heists or irrelevant suggestions, so they probably won't have the time to read through all of that

 

However it is a support and they should be looking through all of the tickets anyway
