No, you can't but The only way you could own a car without having a garage is during the earlier days when you started out GTA O, your first PV that you stole off the streets(thx to our friend, Simeon) would just be yours to keep even if you didn't own one

As people have said OP you cant but you get a free two car garage by becoming a member of the social club so just do that. Once you are a member you will get the cheapest two car garage near the skate ramp for free.

Really?!?!? When was this implemented, cuz i never got that garage, i had to farm Violent Ducts just to afford a half-decent apt with 2 car garage. And ive been a social club member since i started playing GTA 5.

Who knows if it got screwed up at some stage when something was patched just like almost everything else in the game.

 

Edit: I just had a bit of a search. It seems it works for some people and not for others. It may only be limited to people who own the collectors edition also. https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/communities/public/questions/200285517-Free-Garage. I never got the garage for free (i ground up enough to buy one before I knew it existed) but Ive had a friend get it.

I didnt killed for about five days. It wasnt because of my crazy elite player skills either (have lead to me currently having a K/D ration of about 0.79. Yeah bitches, thats right 0.79) it just seemed more peaceful with everyone trying to figure out what was what.

pretty sure you get the free garages for each character in sp for signing up for social club instead of $30,000 apiece
