Getting ~10% less RP on missions?

I've been doing a lot of mission grinding over the last week, just trying to stockpile some cash. As of about 2 days ago, I started getting slightly less RP than I normally did. And I confirmed this when playing with a group of friends last night. I was consistently getting approximately 10% less RP than everyone else. Didn't matter what mission, I was always less than the other two.

 

Is there a reason why this has happened? Have I done something bad? I've never used a hack or glitch ... all of my money has been earned legitimately. And for reference purposes, I'm level 95.

Its because you arent on the same crew with them.

Completing jobs with crew members adds 10% more RP

Missions give a bit more RP when done in free aim. Is this the solution?

It would, but that wasn't a minus sign I used...that was a tilde, which is used to indicate an approximation..

Its because you arent on the same crew with them.

Is this a relatively new feature? I swear this wasn't happening the last time I played with them (but I could be wrong).

You cant do missions with Free Aimers when you have Auto-Aim.
