I hope I'm not wrong about this but at the helipads near The Pad of Death trigger in San Andreas a huge submarine lift/launcher seems to have been added.

 

I've not noticed it before and its my goto spot for a chopper.

Its easy enough to check. I go to the helipads as soon as I come out of my garage everytime I'm on. Its got a control box and if you shoot it you get an electric shock.

 

I swear it wasn't there yesterday.

I prefer not to waste my time as I can assure you nothing has changed, just like the windows at the Mile High Club.

No, the trigger by the helipad in San Andreas.

It's the Higgins helipad which just across the Marina, isn't it?

 

I never paid attention to that, so I don't know.
