5 players in lobby, doesnt let me vote

2 voted for criminal records 2 for some sh*te race and started without me voting, does this all the time, WTH? Seriously...

it's the new anti afk measure. if enough votes are cast for a decision it launches. Unfortunately it can't distinguish when it is a tie.

Maybe you stalled for too long thus not getting a chance to vote. Happens to me sometimes

I receive the same when I'm in a lobby full of three players (including myself). I'm just about to vote, and the next game is already prepared.
