I hope the new apartments are the same price scattered across the city. When I was at eclipse it felt like grand central station with car jams in the garage door because everyone is coming in and leaving at the same time. With the occasional spawn kills from campers and tanks waiting for anything to come out

I read that too, I can see why you would want to have 2 apartments in the same building.

 

You can get all of your 20 cars/bikes without having to go anywhere else to get them :0)

 

Plus you don't have to learn another route home, or how to get to LS Customs from your garage without using the mini-map!

Each garage has it's own address, so you will probably drive in and if the vehicle is stored you will go into garage A, if it is not stored already and there is room it will probably be garage A. If garage A is full and it is not stored it will go in garage B (unless said vehicle is already stored in garage B obviously).

 

When ordering a car I think they said it chose which garage you want to order a vehicle from - but maybe wrong.

 

It should just be a list like it is a the moment, but just with (up to) 10 more vehicular options :0)

Yes, Brian B confirmed it. He said that we will just have to choose which apartment/garage we want to go into. Basically, when we buzz into the apartment now when someone is in there, it'll give us the option to go in our's or buzz the other players. That's how it's going to be. Except we're buzzing into our other apartment/garage, not the other players.

I've never gotten shot or killed going in or coming out of my garage and I've lived at eclipse since the beginning, by car the best location in the game but I wouldn't want a second garage there!
