Anyone seen this guy before?

So I ended up driving this old rusty tractor down the road when I see this NPC pull over by a fruit stand, get out and starts darting towards me while talking trash. He looked like a bare-chested Rastafarian.

I stop, get out and he starts swinging at me for no reason at all. So I lay him out and notice he looks like a prison escapee. I believe this was close to the prison as well. Anyone met up with this guy and know what his problem is?

Here are some pics:

Yes, it's a random event. He's called Prison Boy.

If you don't kill him he jacks your car.

this seems to be different to the random event where the prisoner jacks your car iirc

There are two prisoner random events. The appearance of the prisoners also changes.

indeed. i'm just going by OP's description of this event as it seems that this prisoner got out of a car near the fruit stand and approached him with hostility.. the two i know of involve the lost biker that doesn't jack your car and the guy that does jack your car is found hiding behind a bush up the dirt track a bit and he initially asks nicely before doing it.. is there another one i don't know about? not saying you're wrong dude

I went out to Sandy Shores in search of an old, rusty BF Injection. After multiple hours of searching, I finally found one cruising down the freeway. I was driving back into town when I saw this blip pop up on my screen. I go over to him, thinking he's another one of those pickup guys. He walked over before opening my door, throwing me out. Before Trevor could get up, he was flying. Ticked me off at the time.

lol don't you hate that. my first encounter with the prisoner who jacks your car was directly after modding my first car, luckily i was able to shotgun the prick in the face before he drove off

Thing is there was no blue dot like all random events Ive encountered have. The only reason I even noticed him was because I was going 3 MPH in that rusty tractor. There was no dialog either, he was just talking trash.

haha well perhaps it might be from the random event.. were you driving down the dirt road before this? if you were going that slow in the tractor then he may have been running after you for a while, but by the time you noticed, it was out of the event zone.. so no blue dot and this guy is left stuck in the world acting weird.. maybe
