Exemplar does perform the best of the 4 doors but it's really boring! Not even two color options and literally no mods whatsoever.

It's better if the driver knows what he's doing for sure but the guy on the ground or the car you are chasing has a huge advantage. Some are bulletproof from the rear. I can't tell you how many times people on my friends list wanna pick me up and do drive bys or chase cars but they drive erratically and spin around so much I can't get many shots off cause it takes to long for the player animation action to switch aiming sides and usually when it completes the target is back on the other side. 9/10 times mine always locks the npcs on the sidewalk instead of the player in the car. Following a car is dangerous cause they drop grenades or throw stickies. If I'm riding with someone who goes chasing and shooting cars now I bail out, being on the ground is much more effective, lol!

No car is rocket proof though

Exactly my point. That's why you don't wanna be in the car, you can't shoot rockets from a car.

Exemplar, if you want the Best.

OP - Sultan's half decent but Exemplar if you want more speed.

This in my opinion is why people have horrible taste in cars, I'm not singling you out but I think you should try and appreciate a car as it is rather than worrying about being able to put two colours and spoilers and body kits on it, some of the most beautiful cars in the in my opinion are clean and simple in a nice simple colour. To each of his own I guess.

I don't chase cars, they chase me so it's easy. Chasing cars is stupid cause they grenade or sticky you

I don't chase cars, cars chase me so its easy. Chasing cars is stupid because they have the advantage unless they are a noob. They will either be bulletproof from the rear, stop and get out and shoot you or drop grenades or stickies. 9/10 times the guy in the car that's chasing loses unless he's picking on low level noobs.

i recommend the Felon, but really though you should just check out an assortment of vehicle and find the one your most comfortable with and like. :beerhat:

Thanks everyone for the input. Sorry, I did not mean for this thread to derail into a discussion on driveby techniques or etiquette. LOL

Tailgater, Schafter, or Exemplar. :^:

There you go, although that I know Exemplar doesn't have mods apart from the performance ones, so if you like your cars with custom hoods/skirts/bumpers I'd say Taligater

IMO, there is no need to be sorry, you can not control what other member are going to say or do.

I use an Exemplar as my four door, but if you want to be a hipster, go with a Fugitive. It has a nice engine sound and performs quite well when fully upgraded. I've never encountered a player-owned Fugitive online.

your right i've only seen a hand full (less than 5) so far. i had a Fugitive till i got my Felon. it is a pretty decent vehicle, but i wanted more performance and looks (not talking visual upgrades) than what the Fugitive has to offer.

Best performing 4-door is the Exemplar, although Buffalo, Sultan, Schafter are good as well.

Primo is a fave of mine and you do not see a lot of people driving them.. Love the back light assembly as well

Personally love the Sultan - not just for the looks, but it's a suitably-fast getaway car, and the 4WD makes it a fun, responsive drive.

Bit like having an Elegy (if not quite as fast), but with passenger space.

My favorite part of the game is playing around with the cars in the mod shop. There are some great looking "as is" cars the JB 700 being my favorite, but it's still fun to be able to change stuff up and add or take away parts and change the colors but there is really not much to do with the Exemplar. It's a good car don't get me wrong but I'd much rather have the similar looking but more customizable Rapid GT or if wanting a 4 door the Tailgater.

I recommend the Jackal, Primo, or Oracle.

I recommend you don't go for a Tailgater. I like the way it drives but it isn't fast.

I haven't owned an Exemplar yet, so I can't say anything bad or good about it.

My vote is for the felon OP. While not quite a quick as a exempler i find the handling makes up for this.

Some out of the box options to consider could be speedo or a bison. While not a quick as the coupe class vehicles your passengers being able to use machine guns and rifles is a big advantage doing driveby. A bison also sits six without having your passengers go flying off the sides like they would with a granger. The bison is also much faster than it looks when fully upgraded.
