Mors Mutual Bug

I keep getting my car blown up by players. I have a tracker and insurance on it. But when I call up Mors Mutual, the menu for getting another car briefly flashes and the phone hangs up. I keep having to get a new car everytime one gets blown up b/c Mors Mutual dosent work any more. Anybody know what the deal is? This is for GTA Online.
