Is there anyone here that is rank 300+ legit? I have been playing since early October and reached rank 154 last night. After reaching rank 75 I have been addicted to playing RR nonstop. Now I try and rank up no more than 2 levels a day. When I'm really in the mood I may even go up 3 levels. In rare cases even 4 levels. Anywho, you would think for the average player who has been playing since October they should by now be slightly over rank 100, but no more than maybe rank 250. Before you get me twisted I said for the AVERAGE player. Or better yet those that try to rank up at least once a day. So therefore is it safe to say that those who are already over level 250 legit have an addiction problem to GTA Online?

It's been out since October 1st. Keep in mind there are 30-31 days in a month. If a person has been playing since October 1st (let's pretend their character never got deleted multiple times), and it's now still early April. For the person who has been leveling up once a day since that time; they should probably be around rank 180-185. Assuming they played daily without taking ranking up break periods. Now I know I'm not a math whiz, but are my calculations close to correct???

Addicted? Maybe, I am level 176. Played from 1st October till I took a break from about November till just before the Valentines DLC and have been playing a lot since then. Don't forget racing used to pay out better RP before they 'balanced' it I made quite a few levels fast there. All legit, just grindy McGrinderson here.

I'm approaching rank 170...I can only play some evenings...and I didn't have an internet connection for nearly 2 months over Christmas...all legit

I'm also, not a fan of grinding etc...got bored of criminal records REALLY fast...REFUSE to play RR again etc

I stopped doing anything that gains any considerable amount of RP ages ago. I'm level 57 and have been in the 50's for ages, there is nothing else I really want and until they add some good new missions I'll just continue having fun with my friends in free roam. My play time is higher than a lot of level 100's so if I played missions more I'd be a much higher level.

2nd characters at level 130+

so if I only used the one character I'd be nearing the big 300

I'm 275 I've been playing since day 1, I have a family, and a life as well. Ranking up isn't difficult once you get past 100, getting to 100 seems to take longer. Also if you race, do lots DM/TDM, play lots of missions, you could easily be a legit 400+ right now. I know a few, and some of the big named TDM players such as Tu-koe, and Goldrevolvers are in the low 500s. If you live in free roam, you won't rank up as fast as someone who does everything in the game.

My level is legit, i have been given money once and didn't used it, i had to wait for a few weeks before R* erased the gifted money on my character.

Grinded Coveted a bunch of times like ten times in a row to reach level 100 tho.

I'm at level 53 with my second character after 8 days of having it. So i think it is possible to be a legit lvl300 in probably two month of playing but just ranking.

 

My main character is level 180 and it was created on October 4th. But i played most of the time in free roam.

 

Now i feek like if i don't reach at least level 120 with my second character i can't have as same fun as with my main one.

I hate DM's personally. Mainly cause I'm always on the losing team. LOL. but yeah I guess that's a good way ranking up honestly. Playing with friends and leaving those who focus on blowing up others to themselves.

You have to have an extensive amount of free time to rank/level up in many games. I.e. if you are simply just playing a game and not actually contributing to society or the good of mankind, then yes you are a lifeless soul who does not deserve the air you are thieving from those making a difference.

I don't think anything about anyone's rank unless they're 500 or above...cause then there are obvious shenanigans going on.

 

Being 300 at this point is nothing. If you know how to play the right missions (in which there are several handy dandy guides on this forum) you know how to level up with ease...even after all the nerfing.

 

I have a character that is my second character (cause the first one got lost in October)...the character is level 234...

 

If I hadn't been reset 12 times and lost my rank 12 character...you tack on 24 to that number and you get 258.

 

And the only reason it's 258 is because I stopped to create a 2nd character in January of this year and that character is 129.

 

I'm fairly certain I would be well over 300 on one character if I hadn't had all the Rockstar mishaps and decided not to have a second character.

 

And I know I have a life.

I am a 40 year old man with a long term girlfreind (gave up on marriage after three bitches) two children, live in disabled mominlaw, full time job, resposibilities around the house and no desire to blow money on much entertainment outside of the house. I believe that would qualify as a life.

 

My girl and I are a good match as we both are perfectly happy entertaining ourselves with video games for several hours a night. I have been focused exclusively on GTA since a week after it launched as I fully enjoy the game, all of it...I never grind anything, never hack or cheat, earned all of my ranks though must admit most of my pegusus belongings are on account of lottery winnings (would never have bought them otherwise...and have rarely used any of them).

 

My original character was lost at lvl 42.

My second character is a lvl 103.

My main character is a lvl 347.

 

I have a crewmate who did grind criminal records a lot and last I saw was well over 550. Personally I think you should stop judging people who play differently than you.

I've seen that too, there's another guy cowboyrob who has a 271 kill streak and an 80 plus K/D ratio. I've never gotten higher than a 15, most decent players, in a high intensity match you wont see get past 8 or 9.

Not how that works dude, it takes more RP to level up each time. What they call logarithmic.

 

example level 116 is 2,047,950 RP level 130 is 2,464,100 RP for a total of 4,512,050 which is only level 194 (starts at 4,491,300)

 

level 300 starts at 8,299,350 almost double where your at!

I've met some rank 500+'s and when they join my DMs they usually end up getting about 3 kills in ten minutes. Me and my friends are good at the DMs but really there's no excuse for being that sh*t at such a high level. Usually end up getting a dislike for my job from them which I find quite fitting. Lolzers
