No car engine sounds, sirens, etc...

Hi,

 

I have a really big GTA SA problem, and that's I can't hear any car engine sounds, sirens, helicopters, planes etc. only if I am sitting in that car. When a car stands beside me and the engine is on, I can hear it. The next thing is, when I sit in the car and i turn my fraps recording on, I still cant hear the engine noise in the game, but when i play the recorded video, I can hear the engine sound in that video... So weird. I don't know If problem is in my PC, audio card or something like that. I don't like that, when i drive a car and i can hear only silence.

When I am talking only about car engine here, It is the same thing with helicopters, planes and others.

 

I'll be glad for any help here.

 

Here is video recorded by me, and in that video you can hear engine and NOS noise, but while recording in game, I can't hear it.

Did the game play correctly when it was first installed?

No, game didn't play correctly, even after first installing the game.

Source = Which do you have, DVD (v2) or Legit Download (v3)?

Also what is your Operating System (XP, Vista, Windows 7)?

How does your card compare to what San Andreas requires:

Video Graphics PC Specs:

Recommended: 128(+) MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce4" or better)

It can get by with the Minimum:

64MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce3" or better)

Well, I have legit downloaded GTA, Win 7 OS, my Graphic card - GeForce GTX 550 Ti, 1 GB.
