OM f*ck*** G you are not activating the yellow marker before you start lacing off your shots. The yellow marker needs to be triggered first otherwise mission will fail this is what rockstar did when they took it down for maintenance couple weeks back what is it with people over reacting. Shame there wasnt $18000 in the suitcase

I've been doing RR a lot recently to get some cash (keep getting invites for it so why not) and I've only encountered the professional killed message once, but it was a pain in the rear when it happened.

If you start killing the enemy's before you arrive at the yellow marker making it disappear and the red targets show up you will fail almost every mission with some weird error.

I know that the briefcase won't drop until you kill all the people in the parking lot. I've done it plenty of times and even though you see the briefcase there, you still can't pick it up until you kill everyone.

The past few times the mission now has failed for me and my team.

These errors happend:

 

Rival delivered, mission failed

A professional was killed, mission failed

Friendly killed, mission failed

The briefcase never dropped so everyone had to suicide.

Again Rival delivered mission failed

Another time half my team got killed the moment the mission started and twice the amount of professionals spawned and we all got killed.

 

And last but not least, My console froze just before delivering the briefcase.

 

What the hell is going on?

Yah, noticed the change this mornin'...

 

Obviously the briefcase not dropping till all the professionals are dead is a bit of a pain but tbh, with a 'nade launcher it's quick as anyway...

 

Only thing that annoys me is that you can't playlist it, so the quickest way of doing it is in a private session so the back into session time is cut as much as possible..

 

works out at about 4:30 per mission, so I'm farming this rather than Coveted now - specially with the RP difference..

 

Just gotta hope Cockstar don't nerf it before I hit lvl 200.. >.<

This doesn't make sense. I used the grenade launcher, the document had not been dropped yet, and it said I had destroyed it. It allows me to keep killing professionals and then after the last one is dead it says "Mission Failed: a professional was killed" Yeah no sh*t sherlock, that was what the mission objective told me to do. This was all after stepping into the yellow marker.

 

So basically the mission should end as soon as you destroy the documents... just like in Gerald missions when you destroy the coke. Rockstar has their heads up their asses. Am I right or am I right?

I love RR, none of the "fixes" effect the way I play it, I play it Solo, Kill everyone, pick up the Briefcase wait for the Reinforcements to show up, kill them and then calmly drive to Martin's.

had one when we started, the guy had the suitcase already and was driving off, before any of my team could drive after him...

I never go to the yellow dot first. I always go to the back, kill everyone, go to yellow spot, grab briefcase and take off. And never get mission failed.

The dumbest mission fail i got from RR was. Mission failed. you killed a professional
