Chap in my crew was close to reaching lvl300 legitimately when I was playing with him last night. He'll probably do that today (he works from home). He says he usually gets kicked from races and missions, and I suspect he still will.

 

He's only got the one character; I have two and am quite happy to have shared the RP across them as I worked up. They're on lvl123 and 104 (I think), although I was still getting kicked from missions yesterday. I don't want to be lvl200+ but fortunately that will take me a while.

Is it me or do you rank up quicker the higher your rank is?

That'w what I thought, but it seems I rank up quicker now that I'm legit 161

That'w what I thought, but it seems I rank up quicker now that I'm legit 161

 

Same here; I level up 2 levels within a three hour time period while doing freemode and a couple of missions... :S

 

*lvl 173 right now :)

I had a moment like that yesterday.. a lvl 200 kraut squeaker.. He got me once, then I handed his ass to him on a plate three times in a row..

 

next thing I now he's ran off to get a tank...

 

wtf!?!?! He couldn't take getting spanked by a female AV 63lvls lower, so he has to go and get a tank!?! double wtf!?!?!!

 

and for those people asking about levelling up at later levels, yeah there are increases:

Luckily I was on a roof when I heard the tank sounds, so I just hit passive mode and started giving him the fingers.. repeatedly..

I have that same problem. I'm at around level 226 and my other character around 130, all legit. I guess these guys are hating on me because they think I'm a moder. Hopefully they will lose that mentality when all those cheaters are reset.

I must have been kicked from something like 20 missions lobbies yesterday. Never seen it that bad. I usually message the host asking why I was kicked for no reason - some were 'cos they wanted to play with their friends and they hadn't changed the invite options on the 2nd screen (should really be on the 1st before you can invite anyone). Of the ones that I never got a reply out of I figure it was my rank. Legit 193 as of last night and I almost feel embarrassed of my rank.

 

Does being kicked from a joining screen give bad sport points? I remember reading somewhere that it does. If this is the case, Rockstar need to remove or change this feature as it is so heavily abused.

being kicked from sessions yesterday has nothing to do with rockstar checking your stats etc its most likely preparation for the upcoming patch so just chill if u didn't hack or use dns codes then u will be fine. 25 second races with high rp and grinding missions like rooftop rumble and coveted in playlists will not get you banned you are simply grinding! and to be fair this whole rp reset is complete bollocks because most are legit the ones who arnt are obvious through there stats. an example would be level 300 with only 8 or 9 days playing time it just wouldnt add up. This is not rocket science so i hope rockstar dont somehow mess this up!

Post 120, levelling up is so much quicker. It's actually ridiculous compared to pre-120.

I don't know about the points but for me the loading screens to join a mission, being kicked, the loading screen to rejoin a session is annoying.

Games been out online for almost 6 months...300 levels is doable if you have mainly played this game over that time. I got the game in Jaunary and currently sit at 158.

I will say leveling has slowed to a crawl since 150 but that may just be my experience. Either way, there are a ton of high level players that are legit for their RP. People just need to stop RSC and gta5stats.com witch hunts.

You're not alone, I'm currently 235 and it seems like once I hit 200 it flies by. I mostly do races but lately I've been grinding rooftop for cash. I went from 194 to 235 in like a week span.

 

Once you hit 90 it is a helluva grind to get to 120, that seemed like it took me forever.

I swear, it took longer for me from 119 to120 than it did for 110-118 combined. I don't know if it was me or if murphys law was in full effect but I couldnt get through Rooftop without dying or having something explode randomly....

I'm pretty close myself. 285 with 50 days play time on character with a lot of idle time/bsing around in free roam. I'm sure by now there are legit 300s 400s and maybe even 500s.
