Unrelated, we are getting new apartments with new interior(s) in the high life update.

Judging from the angle from the buildings outside, i believe you cannot own that apartment currently.

As someone who has seen both units at Tinsel Towers, I can confirm that the apartment from the trailer is non-existent in-game.

Yea, it just seems like the beta version of the high-end apartments. Only difference I can see is the floor texture (and other minor differences)

If you get emails about the updates from Rockstar, the High Life email had a small picture of an apartment with different furniture.

I made that comment based on the location of the telescope. I guess that apartment is in-game, things just got shifted around.

Correct 1st photo is tinsel towers and the last one is alta st in beta test, key clue give away is the gamer tag's "GTADev#'s" this is legit
