It would be cool if you could order pizza to your apartment and they would set it down on the table and then you can walk up and grab a slice it would be cool for house parties don't you think? And they could have pizza boy jobs where you have to deliver pizza to random houses around the city in 1 in game hour or less

It'd be cool if we had chores to do in the apartment. Laundry, take out the trash, pay bills, etc.

Chores suck (literally) and we already pay the bills. Like the novelty though. Pizza (hash, burgers, women) and associated industry would definately be a plus and would make free roam more fun (and frantic with some rivalry. A few smaller paying ncp's would be helpful though). If goods are delivered to the apartment (or mansion if they do become available) within a certain amount of time then the bigger the tip (reduces from a fixed amount after, for example, 30 sec's and reduces to the service amount after 15 seconds (actual figures will vary depending on distance to delivery)). Fail to deliver on time and delivery is free (no service charge, just price of pizza) and if not delivered the delivery boy pays for the pizza (none of the aforementioned applies to drug dealing or women though, specifics of which are to be negotiated at a later date).

I consider a housekeeper as part of my maintenance charge. Lacking the ability to commit violence in your apt means Pizza Boy missions in FR could be a thing. Of course the player would order the pizza only to have his friends waiting outside to ambush you but that's no different than going anywhere else in LS.
