Will the High Life update come with capture creator?

After reading the article on the Rockstar Newswire multiple times, I'm still kinda thinking that the High Life update and Capture creator might be released in the same update, or if not very very close together. My reasoning;

 

"SPRING GAME UPDATES

Capture Creator: Coming next week, the Creator community will be able to make their own original customized Capture Jobs and add to the over 3.5 million (and counting) player-created Deathmatches and Races currently available on Social Club. Strategically place pick-ups, define weaponry, set location, and tweak tons of other variables to make your own unique Capture Job for others to take on. We will also be reviewing your homemade Capture creations to stamp standout experiences as Rockstar Verified.

The High Life Update: The High Life Update will allow you to expand your foothold in Los Santos with new high-end apartment options, the powerful Bullpup Rifle, new wardrobe items, the Dinka Thrust motorcycle and three new lavish cars to choose from, including the Super class Pegassi Zentorno. Notice how the specifically said the capture update was coming next week, then moved right into the information on the High Life update, without saying when it would be released. Also, since it does not say "Coming soon", or even "Coming this spring", it really makes me believe that both updates are coming at the same time.

If I am missing anything please let me know, I did search and look around before I posted.

They would of listed them in the same update if they were going to be released together. It also clearly states 'Spring Updates'. It's pretty clear that it's Capture Creator > High Life > Heists.

Think of it this way: is it smarter for them to parcel things out over a set period or to drop it all at once? They know how to keep us here and how to distract us. Spring still has a while to go and if I remember correctly there was nothing "content" wise released with the original Creators either. A Creator and in game content? Come on you should know how R* works things by now.

 

I do expect the High Life DLC to be released before the end of the month though.

I don't think you even read what I wrote, Rockstar told us of three updates; Capture Creator, the High Life, and Heists. They told us CC is coming next week, they told us Heists would be released sometimes this spring, they did not say any time line for High Life, so I'd recommend reading, and possibly re-reading something before you post.

This is the only exception to what I said, its just strange they didn't even say coming soon or coming at the end of this month. But the difference is people race and do death matches, not many play capture, so I don't expect that to sway people over to playing capture more.

Basically it's HEISTS AND MULTIPLE PROPERTY GUYS YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR IT AND WE'RE MAKING IT HAPPEN............later this spring.

 

So in the meantime enjoy the capture creator.
