I eat 3 half boiled eggs for breakfast. Tasts great and good for building muscle.

 

I also drink alot of milk. I love music and get lost in my own world.

 

I had a dog, it died. I also eat chrisp sandwiches and chocolates with milk. I love food and I luv life

OP if your into bodybuilding/weightlifting in general, I recommend 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight for an optimal anabolic environment. You want to keep your cortisol levels as low as possible, and maintain a healthy anti catabolic state.
