Your thoughts on engine swaps?

It would only work with other vehicles in it's class though. I don't want to see an Adder engine in a Blista.

Wouldnt work as the adder engine would be too big for a blista. Thats why the engine would have to fit the car

na, don't need to have swaps IMO. i've got Forza for that kind of stuff, plus it has better driving mechanics anyway.

personally i'd rather have more "sleepers" in the game. unassuming grocery getters or grandma cars for looks, but a fairly powerful engine hidden under the hood. not a Super engine or anything just something like a mid level Sports engine. thinking of something like the Washington or Stainer in a Limited or GT version. kinda of like the old Ford Taurus SHO in a sense.

Something like the Faction from IV?

It's a GNX, so it might be a good car to become a sleeper.

i wont mind being able to do engine swaps and allow us to tweak the gear ratios.

you may have the same car, with the same mods but those gear ratios can make the difference!

im all in for more car parts and mods!

Would be nice, but I would also like to see us be able to keep every mod we purchase. Whether it's body, engine, transmission, wheels, brakes, etc. It's kind of ridiculous when you upgrade your car, that you aren't able to keep the previous modifications. You should be able to go into LSC anytime, and switch up, and swap any mod you previously bought, for any part of the car.

It's a neat idea, but effectively it's useless.

The reality is that everyone will just put an Adder engine in their Bifta, get it reclassed as a Super and drive like maniacs through all the levels with a super fast, super light car they use zero skill as they bounce off each corner wrecking everyone as they go.

Either that or they put the Adder engine in a Sandking XL which gets reclassed as a Super and runs over everyone in each race causing the same amount of havoc.

I understand the car you're good with may not be the one you are in love with, but unfortunately that's life.

I disagree. Being a car guy myself in real life I do tons of mods to my own personal vehicles and even if you keep the shocks you used to have on your car it takes the same amount of work to put them back in and most of the times it's more cost effective to go new again.

I would agree when it comes to rims though, but of course you have to buy tires almost every time as well. If you were keeping that then why not have tire wear in the game too, but in reality it would just be another Cash Card grab if they did it and people would complain and it would get removed.
